That was great hotel set in quiet area, adjacent to a neat antique store as well as the two colleges. The room was updated & modern together with tea, nice linens, a coffee maker. Location of venue was great and the shuttle in town was a big plus. Also, the hotel was 2 miles away from a nature park.

Good and unbeatable location just next door to a major supermarket and several smaller stores and a bus stop, which is easy to use to get to most parts of the town, restaurants and cafés where close to the hotel. Also, Cornell Botanic Gardens was 2 miles away. The breakfast was good hot with slices of fresh bread and cereal etc.
